1. Free-to-play

XUP Demo is a free-to-play service. You play with virtual coins that have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use XUP Demo. If you are prohibited from accessing free-to-play games where you live, do not use the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and the activity that happens on it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraud, abuse, or automation.

4. Prizes

Weekly prizes are awarded at our sole discretion based on the published leaderboard rules. Prize values, types, and availability can change without notice. Prizes have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of XUP Demo.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
