How do I win prizes?

Play either Pigaboom or Pingwin to climb one of three weekly leaderboards — Top Winners (net coins), Lucky Strike (highest single-round multiplier), or Grinders (most rounds played, capped to keep bots out). The top of each board at Monday 00:00 UTC reset wins a real prize: gift cards or limited XUP Demo merch.

Are the coins real money?

No. XUP Demo coins are virtual currency you use to play. They have no cash value, can never be deposited, withdrawn, or exchanged — and we do not accept any form of payment. Prizes are awarded weekly based on leaderboard position, not coin balance.

How is the leaderboard calculated?

Each board uses a different formula, refreshed every minute. Top Winners = total wins minus total bets this week. Lucky Strike = your single highest multiplier this week. Grinders = number of rounds played this week (capped at 1,000 to prevent bot farming). Boards reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

Why was my account flagged?

Accepted Answer

Accounts can be flagged automatically for signals like duplicate device fingerprints, VPN/proxy use from high-risk regions, repeated rule-breaking, or suspicious play patterns. Flagged does not mean banned — it means a human will review before any prize is paid out. If you believe it was a mistake, contact support.

How are referrals counted?

Share your referral code from the profile page. When a friend signs up using it and verifies their email, you both get a 1,000-coin bonus. When they reach Silver tier (1,000 XP), you get an additional 5,000 coins. We block self-referrals via device fingerprinting and IP matching.

How do I redeem a prize?

After the weekly reset on Monday, winners receive an email with redemption instructions within 48 hours. Gift cards arrive as a code by email; merch ships to your verified address. You must claim within 14 days or the prize is forfeited.

When does the weekly reset happen?

Every Monday at 00:00 UTC. At reset, the current leaderboards are snapshotted, prizes are assigned to the top of each board, and a fresh week begins. Your XP and tier carry over — only the weekly score resets.

What if I lose all my coins?

Accepted Answer

You will not get stuck. If your balance drops below 1,000 coins, your next daily spin is automatically bumped to a guaranteed 2,500-coin reward. You also get 100 coins every day just for logging in. There is no scenario where you cannot keep playing.
